We are manufacturer of Helicon make electric grouting system. This system is used for cement grouting. It consist Helicon make progressive cavity positive displacement pump coupled with geared motor. We are also giving twin cement preparation tank with steering arrangement.

Helicon Electrically operated Grout Pumps are pumping specialty capable to pump the Grouting Mix Compound (Mixture of Cement + Fly Ash + Water or Cement + Bentonite + Water) for repairing & Grouting purpose. Helicon Hi Power Pumps are coupled with Geared Unit to generate Hi-working pressure up to 24 Kg/Cm2 and flow 500 kgs to 20000 kgs/hr which is normal requirement for penetration of Grout Mix. These pumps are available in a single drum mixing arrangement for small job and twin drum mixing arrangement for continuous working. These pumps has proper cleaning arrangement. It is necessary that grout pump must be cleaned after use and store the cleaned condition. These Grout Pumping systems are available on trolley mounted Base plate for free movement of the same which can easily be shifted to place of actual use. Helicon Grout Pump is connected with hose pipe of required size and other end of Grout hose is coupled with Grouting Nozzle for Grouting application.
