Unparalleled Quality

Helicon Pumps are manufactured as per newly developed 'Progressive Cavity Technology' that has made these pumps self priming and non clogging in nature. Our pumps work successfully on negative suction up to 7 meter water column. We are empowered by in-depth knowledge and experience in pump engineering, following a well defined procedure of quality control. Our products undergo several quality control tests right from raw material procurement to manufacturing, before being rolled out into the market.

Facilities (Quality Control)

Our workshop is fully equipped with sophisticated machines to carry well engineered manufacturing of pumps. A well equipped Heat Treatment and Electroplating plant is installed for developing required hardness in rotating parts and to carry out electroplating on rotors and shafts. Our workshop is well equipped to constantly maintain quality of our pumps, which is the reason for their popularity for trouble free working results.

The company has also installed 'Rubber Plant' for manufacturing rubber parts such as natural rubber stators as per our standard specification. A team of well-qualified and committed professionals has enabled the company to reach high levels of technology and customer satisfaction.
